Nowadays, double eyelid surgery has become extremely popular. There are several techniques available, including stitch (non-incisional), small incision, and full incision methods. Choosing the right technique depends mainly on each patient’s individual concerns and suitability, as well as the surgeon’s expertise.
At Sky Clinic, we perform double eyelid surgery using incision techniques, including small-incision and full-incision methods. We also utilize laser-assisted technology during the procedure to help minimize tissue trauma as much as possible.
For our suturing technique, we use what is called the “Premium Stitch.” This method focuses on highlyละเอียด (meticulous) and neat suturing. In addition, we carefully select a special type of premium suture material. These threads are extremely fine—even thinner than a strand of hair—making the surgical wound less intimidating and allowing for smoother, more refined healing. Patients can return to work as usual without concern.
We recommend removing the stitches 5–7 days after the surgery. Since the sutures are very fine, patients typically experience little to no pain during removal—it can be as simple as gently lifting the thread.
Therefore, the advantages of our premium sutures are not only smoother and more aesthetically pleasing results immediately after surgery, but also a reduced risk of scarring in the future.
At Sky Clinic, our key strength lies in our meticulous suturing technique. We apply the Premium Stitch method to every patient.
