Review of Nong Namfon's experience of getting double eyelid surgery by Dr. Sky

Today, I’d like to share my review of getting double eyelid surgery at Sky Clinic.

First, I want to start from the beginning. I originally had hidden eyelids, which made putting on makeup very difficult. I constantly had to use double eyelid tape all the time. Eventually, I started researching double eyelid surgery options.

That’s why I decided to get my double eyelid surgery done at Sky Clinic. For my case, the doctor recommended the long-incision technique along with excess eyelid skin removal. The doctor explained that because I frequently used double eyelid tape, the skin around my eyelids had stretched and started to sag, so eyelid skin correction was recommended as well.

After the procedure, I only experienced a little swelling. I was still able to go to work as usual and didn’t even need to take time off. I remember the swelling was at its worst on the second day, but my friends kept complimenting me, saying the incision looked very neat and beautiful. The doctor’s stitching was incredibly detailed.

My eyelids started settling into shape after about one month, and after that, applying makeup became so much easier. My eyes looked much sweeter and more defined, and I’m very happy with the results.

Another thing that really impressed me was the staff at Sky Clinic. They gave me great advice and regularly called to check on my recovery, asking how I was feeling and how I was cleaning my wound. They monitored my healing every day, which made me feel very cared for and reassured.

Now it has been about 4–5 months since my surgery, and I’m extremely happy (like, a million times happy!). My eyelids have fully settled, they look beautifully natural and sweet, and there’s no visible scar left at all.
