Endoscopic Brow Lift

 Endoscopic Brow Lift

An Endoscopic Brow Lift is a surgical procedure designed to elevate the brows and forehead to correct brow ptosis (drooping brows). The technique uses a high-resolution endoscope, allowing the surgeon to clearly visualize and precisely adjust the underlying structures through small incisions hidden along the hairline. This minimally invasive approach effectively lifts sagging brows while keeping scars discreetly concealed within the hairline.

Endoscopic Brow Lift is suitable for

An endoscopic brow lift is ideal for individuals experiencing drooping brows, a shortened distance between the brows and the eyes, or forehead laxity and wrinkles caused by repeated eyebrow elevation. Low-positioned brows can create a stern, tired, or heavy appearance, even when the eyes themselves are naturally beautiful. This procedure is also suitable for patients who have previously undergone double eyelid surgery but still feel that their eyes appear heavy due to brow descent covering the eyelid crease. By restoring the brows to a more harmonious and elevated position, the treatment enhances facial balance and creates a brighter, more refreshed, and naturally youthful appearance.

 Procedure of the surgery

The surgical area is cleansed, and local anesthesia or appropriate sedation is administered. Small incisions are made along the hairline. A small endoscopic camera is then inserted to provide a detailed internal view of the anatomical structures. The surgeon carefully releases tension from specific muscles and repositions the forehead and brow tissues to a more elevated and balanced position. The tissues are then secured in place, and the incisions are closed using techniques that help conceal scars within the hairline. The procedure typically takes approximately 60–120 minutes. Sutures or fixation devices (Off Max) are removed about 14 days after surgery.
