This method is the double eyelid surgery with a small incision by opening just 0.5-1.5 cm of the incision line and using the double-lock technique for suturing. Fat removal and reposition in the upper eyelid may also be necessary to achieve the optimal result. The benefit for this method is minimal scarring and less swelling.

 Procedure of the surgery

• Design the shape, height, and length of the eyelid crease according to patient preferences and eye structure. 

• Local anesthesia is injected into the eyelid.

• Create the incision line

• Fat removal and repositioning

• Double-lock technique of suturing by using a premium stitches (micro-sized)

• The operating time is 30-60 minutes. 

• Less swelling with fast recovery, 5-7 Days to remove stitches following the surgery day
