This method is the double eyelid surgery with a full-long incision to excise excess eyelid skin, using the double-lock technique for suturing. Fat removal and reposition in the upper eyelid may also be necessary to achieve the optimal result. The length of the incision line is longer than mini-blepharoplasty, from inner corner to outer corner according to the patient's eye structure.

 Procedure of the surgery

- Design the shape, height and length of the eyelid crease according to patient preferences and eye structure. 

- Local anesthesia is injected on the eyelid.

- Create the incision line and excise the excess skin

- Fat removal and repositioning

- Double-lock technique of suturing by using premium stitch (micro-sized)

- Takes around 45-90 minutes to complete

- 7 Days to remove stitches following the surgery day
